Appointment Confirmation & Cancelation Policy

You will receive a confirmation email 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 12 hours' notice. Cancelations or no-shows made with less than 12 hours' notice will be subject to 100% of the scheduled session fee. Future appointments will not be reserved until the fee is paid in full.
